Mr. P. Trivikram Reddy, the learned for the petitioner, informs this Court that this writ petition has become infructuous.
The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. The writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
