It is represented by both the learned counsel that as the relief claimed in the writ petition relating to conducting of election in the year 2009, as on date nothing survives in the writ petition, and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
