The petitioners/A-1 to A-3 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. 2.

I.A.No.2 of 2019 is filed by them to compound the offences against A-1 to A-3 in C.C.No.275 of 2014 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is outcome of Crime No.95 of 2010 of Mirchowk Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 420 & 120-B read with 34 of Indian Penal Code by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.2 of 2019 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in C.C.No.275 of 2014 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed, A-2 to A-3 are acquitted and the bail bonds of A-1 to A-3, if any, stand cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
