HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42399 of 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 17.11.2016, filed by the petitioner.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The case of the petitioner is that he filed IP SR No.9231 of 2016 on the file the Principal Senior Civil Judge, L.B. Nagar, against the 5th respondent and others. After that, the 5th respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner, which was registered as FIR No.198 of 2016 on the file of Chinnachowk U/ G Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, for the offence under Section 420 IPC, and the petitioner obtained bail in that case. The main grievance of the petitioner is that while he was attending the Court in the above case, the 5th respondent along with others, threatening him to implicate in SC & ST Cases and also to beat him. Therefore, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 17.11.2016, before the Circle Inspector of Police, Chinnachowk, YSR Kadapa District - 3rd respondent to provide police protection to him since he has life threat from the 5th respondent and others.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 17.11.2016, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J December 06, 2016.
