Bhosale) None appears for the petitioner. Sri Santosh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. The petitioner, by way of the instant Habeas Corpus writ petition, seeks production of Banawath Bheem Singh contending that he has been illegally detained by respondent No.4. Sri Santosh Kumar submits that Banawath Bheem Singh has been arrested on 16.07.2016 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC. The crime has been registered against him bearing No.220 of 2016 at Bhanswada Police Station and presently, he is in judicial custody. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to workout this petition on merits. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the petition as rendered infructuous.
