Continuously there was no representation for the appellant from 30.01.2017. On 21.12.2017, this Court, having noted that there was no representation for the appellant since a long time, directed the appeal suit to be posed under the caption "for dismissal" on 04.01.2018. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 22.01.2018 and on that day also, there was no representation for the appellant. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the same caption on 24.01.2018. On 24.01.2018, as it was represented that Sri A. Ramanarayana is no more, the Registry was directed to print the name of the counsel for the appellant correctly by printing the name of Sri N. Narasimha Rao, counsel for the appellant, and post the matter on 25.01.2018 under the same caption-'For Dismissal'. On 25.01.

2018, as the name of the learned counsel for the appellant was not correctly mentioned in the cause list, Registry was directed to print the name of the counsel correctly and post the matter on 29.01.2018 under the same caption. Accordingly, the matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Dismissal.' Yet again, there is no representation for the appellant. The above conduct of the appellant indicates that he is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

In the result, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, also shall stand dismissed.
