THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.403 of 2020 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to order or any direction, writ more appropriately in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent herein in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2019 for appointment as Mutawalli of Waqf Institution known as Fathe Sultan Graveyard bearing premises No.14-1-486, admeasuring 400 sq.yards situated at Darussalam, Hyderabad is as illegal, unjust and unsustainable in the eye of law and in violation of the provisions of Waqf Act, 1995 and seeking consequential direction to the respondent to forthwith consider the petitioners representation dated 23.12.2019 for appointment as Mutawalli of the aforesaid Waqf Institution ...."

Learned Standing Counsel for the Wakf Board appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent would consider the Application of the petitioner along with other applications and take decision in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
