THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32788 of 2012 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not proceeding against the fourth respondent and her henchmen though Crime No.269 of 2012 was registered against them on the file of Sircilla Police Station, Karimnagar District. Relying on the written instructions dated 12.08.2015 received from the Station House Officer, Sircilla Police Station, Karimnagar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that Crime No.269 of 2012 was registered under Section 420 IPC on the file of Sircilla Police Station upon the petitioner's complaint. The fourth respondent herein and four others were shown as the accused therein. After completion of investigation, the police authorities found that a prima facie case was made out and accordingly laid a charge sheet on 19.01.2013 before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sircilla in C.C.No.118 of 2013. The case is stated to be pending trial.

In the light of the afore-stated developments, it is

clear that the allegation of the petitioner as to the inaction on the part of the police authorities in investigating Crime No.269 of 2012 on the file of Sircilla Police Station, Karimnagar District, is without basis.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
