The petitioner herein seeks a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent police in not initiating any steps against the accused named in FIR No,921 of 2016 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondent police to submit Final Report in FIR No.921 of 2016 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad.

Heard. Perused the record.

During the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Government Pleader For Home that investigation in the subject Crime No.921 of 2016 oF Panjagutta Police Station is completed and Final Report is filed before the Court concerned and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Since it is submitted that investigation in the subject crime is completed and Final Report is filed before the Court concerned, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 6.
