THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.98 of 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A1 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.285 of 2010 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsapur, registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 463, 466, 468, 417, 120-B read with Section 109 IPC, against him. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though the petitioner has raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioner/A1 in the aforesaid case before the trial Court. 4.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the identity of petitioner is not in dispute, his presence in the above case may not be necessary on every date of adjournment. 5.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of the petitioner/A1 in C.C.No.285 of 2010 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsapur, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever his presence is required by the trial Court and he shall be represented by his counsel.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
