Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in harassing the petitioner and his family members by interfering with the matrimonial disputes pending with the wife of petitioner No.1, threatening them to sell the house plot, to pay money to her and settle the matrimonial disputes in pursuance of FIR No.101 of 2017 of Razole Police Station, East Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

A reading of the request made by the petitioners would show that they questioned the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in harassing the petitioners by interfering with their personal life and also seeking quashing of the FIR. With regard to quashing of FIR, it is stated that the petitioners are not pressing for the same as separate proceedings are already initiated seeking quashing of the FIR.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition are false and that the respondent-police are not interfering with the personal life of the petitioners.

Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent - police not to interfere with the personal life of the petitioners. However, if the respondent-police intend to take any action against the petitioners, the same shall be in accordance with law. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
