ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 contended that the respondents have dropped the erection of retail outlet in the location and hence, the question of considering the case of the petitioner for grant of LPG Distributorship does not arise.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that since the petitioner has invested huge amount in anticipation of granting the LPG Distributorship, he may be given liberty to pursue his remedies.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies in accordance with law. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
