CVNR, J & MSKJ, J F.C.A.M.P.No.474 of 2016 in/and F.C.A.No.119 of 2013 29.12.2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The Family Court Appeal arises out of the order, dated 29.09.2011, in O.P.No.97 of 2009 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Warangal, to the extent the appellant is not satisfied with the quantum of maintenance awarded by the Court below. The appellant filed F.C.A.M.P.No.474 of 2016 praying for recording of compromise between the parties in terms of the joint compromise memo, dated 20.10.2016, signed by both the parties.

At the hearing both the parties are personally present and reiterated the terms of the aforementioned joint compromise memo. 3.

In the light of the above facts, F.C.A.M.P.No.474 of 2016 is allowed and F.C.A.No.119 of 2013 is disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo, dated 20.10.2016, with the direction that the same shall stand incorporated in this judgment.

As a sequel to disposal of the appeal, interim order, dated 04.07.2013, in F.C.A.M.P.No.158 of 2013 as extended on 30.08.2013 is vacated and F.C.A.M.P.No.158 of 2013 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
