This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to transfer C.C.No.96 of 2014 pending on the file of XXIII Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Erramanzil Hyderabad to the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jaggayyapet, Krishna District. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 01.12.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been made in the Court today. Permission is accorded. 3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
