This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order dated 13-10-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.34301 of 2017.

Sri M.S.R.Chandramurthy, learned counsel appearing for respondent submits that order has been complied with. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
