This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in considering the representations of the petitioners, dated 23.12.2019 and 04.01.2020, with regard to the unauthorized construction carried out by the 7th respondent in Gramakantam land admeasuring Ac.0.20 guntas situated at Konyala Village, Hathnoora Mandal, Sangareddy District, by ignoring the Resolution, dated 23.11.2019. 2.
Heard Sri P.Sriharinath, learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the unofficial respondents in the present writ petition are undertaking construction in Gramakantam land belonging to the Gram Panchayat without obtaining any permission and the authorities are not taking action thereon, despite the representations made by the petitioners pointing out the same. 4.
Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel, submits that the unofficial respondents have undertaken construction of compound wall without obtaining any permission and thus, the authorities have issued a notice, dated 07.01.2020, to the 7th respondent, whereby the said respondent was informed that he is undertaking construction activity without obtaining any permission from the Gram Panchayat and he was called upon to stop the construction immediately and obtain permission from the Gram Panchayat within the time specified therein. Learned
standing counsel further submits that if the said noticee fails to comply with the condition imposed in the notice issued by the Gram Panchayat within the time specified therein, appropriate action in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, would be initiated. 5.
Recording the said submission of the learned standing counsel that action would be initiated if the 7th respondent fails to comply with the terms of notice, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in the matter, except directing the authorities to take action, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 6.
Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
