As there was no representation for the appellant on 27.06.2016 and twice on earlier occasions also, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL".

2. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter.
