THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO Writ Petition No.1668 of 2007 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. In the present writ petition, the petitioner sought a direction questioning the action of the 1st respondent in destroying the tomb of late M.Ramulu on 08.01.2007 and trying to destroy the existing tombs located in Sy. Nos. 12, 13, 14 (part) 15 (part) and 16 (part) situated at Tummabowli, Mansurabad (v), Saroornagar (M), Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and contrary to the record and consequently direct the 1st respondent not to demolish the existing tombs and construct a compound wall to protect the said burial ground. During the course of the hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that a compound wall is already constructed protecting the subject land.

The counsel for the petitioner also accepted that a compound wall is constructed around subject land and he submits that no further cause will survive in the writ petition.

In the light of the above, since no further orders are needed in the writ petition, the writ petition is closed.
