THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.379 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of C.P.C. read with Section 9(1)(ii)(b) of A.P. Civil Courts Act, 1972 challenging the order dated 15.03.2007 passed in I.A.No.169 of 2006 in O.S.No.1294 of 2003 on the file of the V Senior Civil Judge Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the parties herein along with the auction purchaser have entered into a compromise in C.M.A.M.P.No.1451 of 2015 in C.M.A.No.1016 of 2008. Learned counsel for the appellants also filed the judgment of this Court dated 18.09.2015 passed in C.M.A.No.1016 of 2008.

In view of the compromise between the parties, no further orders are necessary in this appeal.

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall stand closed.
