When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for petitioners that in view of the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in C.M.A.No.1176 of 2012, dated 22.3.2013, the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication and the civil revision petition has become infructuous.
