Writ Petition NO.17477 OF 2015 ORDER:

Petitioner's case is that he was appointed as Conductor in the respondents Corporation and his services were regularised on 01.07.1986. His further case is that he has completed more than 20 years of service, and therefore, as per Circular No.PD-04/2011, dated 12.01.2011 he is entitled for Special Grade on completion of 20 years of service in a particular class.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents would consider the case of the petitioner if he is entitled and eligible for the benefits of the aforementioned circular.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on filing such representation, the respondents shall consider the same within a period of six weeks thereafter, in accordance with the administrative instructions issued in Circular No.PD-04/2011, dated 12.01.2011. There shall be no order as to costs.
