THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.37772 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader (Land Acquisition) for respondents. The subject matter of the writ petition is Ac.2-47 cents in Sy.No.85-9 of Kirikera Polam in Hindupur Mandal, Ananthapuram District.

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in depriving her right to petition land without recourse to law and the directives issued in G.O.Ms.No.259, dated 21-06-2016 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader (Land Acquisition), on instructions, states that the inspection of land is not denied by respondents 2 and 3 but as and when the subject land is required for providing house sites, the respondents will follow procedure stipulated by law, acquire the land, pay compensation and take possession from the petitioner.
