Heard Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the TSRTC-respondents 1 and 2.

2. This contempt case is filed to punish the respondents as per the provisions of the Contempt of Court Act for willful disobedience of the order dated 12-8-2014 in W.P.M.P.No.28582 of in W.P.No.22782 of 2014 passed by this Court.

3. It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the petitioner has been reinstated into service with effect from 06-9-2015 in the very same Depot. The contempt case is, therefore, closed. The petitioner, however, may work out his remedies regarding back wages in separate proceedings. The applications, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
