HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR Writ Petition No.13112 of 2012 Date: 14-09-2015 Between:

Meegada Gopala Rao .. Petitioner AND The District Collector, Khammam District and 3 others .. Respondents HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR Writ Petition No.13112 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The present writ petition came to be filed questioning the inaction of the respondents 1 and 2 in not conducting enquiry with regard to sub-standard construction of additional class rooms attached to Upper Primary school, Guvvalagudem village, Nelakondapally Mandal of Khammam District and also to stop payment of bills to the contractors.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and has become infructuous, as the construction of additional classrooms has been completed and the bills are also cleared in favour of the contractors. In view of the above, this court is of the view that nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is accordingly liable to

be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR, J Date: 14-09-2015 Ksn
