HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28535 OF 2009 ORDER:

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in respect of the same land, this Court disposed of the writ petitions, W.P.Nos.22684 of 2007, 1796 and 11706 of 2008, dated 19.02.2009, with the following directions. (a) in case the properties that are subject matter of the documents presented for registration before the Sub Registrar are notified specifically under the Gazette, together with survey numbers and extent under the Wakf Act, 1995, the registering authority shall be entitled to refuse the registration by issuing an endorsement or communication to that effect; (b) if the properties are not covered by such notification, the registering authority shall be under obligation to process the documents and admit the same for registration, if they are otherwise in order.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above directions as the application of the said order to the facts of the present writ petition is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 27.07.
