THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.23978 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, declaring the impugned order in Rc.No.A/1015/04 dated 16.12.2004 passed by the first respondent is illegal, void as it is violative of Section 57 of A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act.

2. No representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Fore Noon and in the After Noon though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
