HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 8875 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:

"....to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of the respondents in not providing alternate employment to the petitioner is bad, arbitrary, illegal, unjust and violation of Section 47 of Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and full participation) Act by setting aside the letter No.SP/19(M.B.9)/2015-TH, dated 23.12.2015 of the fourth respondent herein and consequently direct the respondents to treat the period from 31.07.2015 to till the date of providing alternate employment as on duty for all purposes........" When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner as also learned Standing Counsel for the

respondents that the subject matter of this Writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court rendered in Writ Petition Nos. 25577 of 2014 and Batch, dated 23.07.2015. A copy of the same is annexed to the Writ Petition as material paper. Following the decision of this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 25577 of 2014 and Batch, dated 23.07.2015 and for the reasons stated therein, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
