This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action on the part of the respondents in proposing to invite the tenders for the year 20092010 for issuance of license for collection of parking fee, without considering the petitioner's representations dated 13.2.2009 and 3.12.2008.

When the matter came up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition, as the tenders pertains to the year 2009-2010. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed as no further orders are necessary.
