THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.4942 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner complains illegal interference in his private patta land admeasuring 533 sq. yards equivalent to 445.58 sq. meters in Survey No.36, for the House No.3-73/36/A situated at Khajaguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District. The petitioner asserts that the said land is private patta land and the Special Grade Deputy Collector-cum-Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the 3rd respondent, has no jurisdiction to interfere with the said land.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the land claimed by the petitioner is a private patta land and the 3rd respondent would not interfere with the same. However, if any action is required to be taken, the 3rd respondent shall follow due process of law.

Recording the submission of learned Government Pleader for Revenue, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
