Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.

Complaining inaction on the part of respondent Nos.2 and 3 against the constructions said to have been made by respondent No.4 on the road margin, the present Writ Petition is filed. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 issued a notice to respondent No.4 calling for his explanation. In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to complete the enquiry against respondent No.4 and take necessary action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by following due process of law.
