Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed in the impugned endorsement dated 17.08.2009 issued by the 2nd respondent. As such, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and has become infructuous. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
