THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.20252 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice SURESH KUMAR KAIT) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife and the daughter of respondent No.4, by name B. Sravanthi, aged about 29 years, before this Court, and release forthwith.

2. On receipt of a copy of the present petition, the learned Government Pleader has produced respondent No.4 along with B.Sravanthi.

3. We interacted with respondent No.4, the father of B.Sravanthi, who states that he has no objection regarding the marriage of her daughter with the petitioner and has undertaken not to interfere in their family life in any manner whatsoever.

4. This Court also interacted with B.Sravanthi who is present in the Court. She states that her date of birth is 17.06.1988. She is working as Data Entry Operator (Outsourcing), Department of Education, State of Telangana. She married with the petitioner on her own wish and choice. She is a Major. She further states that she wants to lead marital life with her husband.

5. Since B. Sravanthi is a Major of 29 years, this Court has no power to dictate terms to her whether she should live with the petitioner or with the parents or with someone else, which is her choice. She is free to do so.

6. We hereby make it clear that since the petitioner and B.Sravanthi are married on their wish, the respondent No.4, his associates and relatives shall not interfere in their matrimonial life in any sense whatsoever.

7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
