The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents No.2 to 7 are not considering the F-line application dated 07.08.2019 for conducting sub-division, survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of his agricultural land in an extent of Ac.5.13 guntas, Ac.4.25 guntas and Ac.0.27 guntas totaling an extent of Ac.10.25 guntas in Sy.Nos.23, 159 and 214 situated at Seethapeta Village, Sujathanagar Mandal, Badradri Kothagudem District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that direction be issued to the respondent No.6, who is the appropriate authority, to conduct necessary enquiry pursuant to the F-line application submitted by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed directing the respondent No.6 to conduct necessary enquiry and conduct sub-division, survey and fixation of boundaries by issuing notice to all concerned pursuant to the F-line application dated 07.08.2019 submitted by the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
