THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.537 of 2019 ORDER :

When the writ petition is listed on 21.1.2019 and 23.01.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time and this Court adjourned the writ petition to 28.01.2019. When the matter is listed on 28.01.2019, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. Hence this Court directed to post the matter to this date i.e. 29.01.2019 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even, today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. This shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
