This appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree dated 30.04.1993, passed in O.S.No.733 of 1985 by the Additional Chief Judge-cum-Principal Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, dismissing the suit filed by the appellant/plaintiff for recovery of a sum of Rs.61,28121 ps with future interest @ 18% per annum.

2. As there was no representation for the appellant on 08.08.2016, the matter was directed to be listed today, under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL".

3. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter. 4 .
