HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.No.3777 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 19.08.2015, passed in I.A.No.1036 of 2015 in O.S.No.607 of 2014 on the file of learned IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit itself was decreed with costs on 18.04.2017.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
