This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.263 of 2019 of Adilabad I Town Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A & 306 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner/ accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ accused has not filed a similar bail application before the Court of Session.

Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to deal with this application on merits by this Court. There are no special circumstances. The petitioner/ accused is granted liberty to file a similar bail application before the Court of Session, if she chooses to do so. 4 .

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
