The petitioners are A.1 to A.5 in C.C.No.624 of 2018 on the file of the XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners before admission and before notice to the 1st respondent-de facto complainant and also heard the learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, and perused the grounds in the quash petition vis-à-vis the charge sheet, copy of the order in W.P.No.44811 of 2016 and First Information Report.

A perusal of the record no way shows any entitlement to the quashing of the proceedings prima facie against all the petitioners as sought for.

Having regard to the above, by left open all defences including to urge if at all charges not framed by filing discharge petition for consideration from the material available with the trial Court for the material as on date is insufficient, the criminal petition is disposed of. From the difficulty expressed for all to attend regularly before the Court, liberty is given to approach the trial Court, by virtue of this order to invoke by filing application under Rule 37 of the Criminal Rules of Practice, for one to represent the others, to permit with necessary conditions.
