This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.27.04.2012 passed in WPMP.No.6882 of 2012 in WP.No.5424 of 2012.

Admittedly, the petitioner had earlier filed C.C.No.383 of 2014 alleging willful disobedience of the said order, and the said Contempt Case was closed recording the fact that proceedings dt.27.05.2014 were issued by respondents, and there was no need to continue the Contempt Case proceedings.

Once the said Contempt Case is closed, the petitioners cannot maintain the present Contempt Case to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dt.27.04.2012 passed in WPMP.No.6882 of 2012 in WP.No.5424 of 2012.

Therefore, the present Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to petitioners to avail alternative remedy. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
