1288/EE8 of Ramayampet Village and Mandal, Medak District, as arbitrary, illegal, violative of principles of natural justice, contrary to the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (Act 261197l) and Rules made thereunder, contrary to the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2020 (Act 9/2020), CCLA's Circular No.l/2021, dt.15.01.2021 and violative of Article 14, 21, 300A of Constitution of India and to direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to add/record the missing extent of land in the petitioners respective Pattadar Passbook-cum-Title Deeds IA NO: I OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent Nos.
