Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education pointed out that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is a service matter and the petitioner has to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal.
