This writ petition is pending since 2002. It appears, with the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, no one is coming forward to work it out on merits. We are, therefore, constrained to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
