Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the Civil Revision Petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner/judgment debtor to take appropriate remedy for protecting his rights in the suit schedule property on the basis of a relinquishment deed allegedly executed by the respondent/decree holder, relinquishing his rights in the suit schedule property.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed. While granting the liberty, it is made clear that this Court has not examined whether any such remedy is available.

Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand disposed of.
