O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the respondent authorities in trying to evict the petitioner from the land admeasuring 77 square yards in Sy.No.38 of Singareni Village and Mandal, Khammam District. By interim order dated 27.04.2005, this Court directed the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the land in question without following due process of law. Despite the passage of a decade, the respondent authorities have not chosen to file a counter. As there is no rebuttal to the averment of the petitioner that she is in possession of the subject land, this Court is inclined to accept the same. That being so, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to evict the petitioner from the subject land except in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 06th APRIL, 2015 Svv
