This civil revision petition is filed by the petitionerdefendant No.2, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 23.2.2016 passed in I.A. No.838 of 2015 in O.S. No.350 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Khammam.

Today, this Court dismissed the connected CRP No.2339 of 2016. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
