This Criminal Pecition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused No.1 to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.161 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Dhanwada Police Station, Narayanpet District. The offences alleged against him are under Sections 186, 353, 506 and 510 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. 3.
On perusal of the record, since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioner are up to seven years, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in FIR No.161 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Dhanwada Police Station, Narayanpet District, to follow the procedure laid down under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and also the guidelines formulated by the Hon,ble Supreme Court in Arnesh
Crl.Petition No.206 of 2023 Kumar v, State of Bihay'scrupulously. The petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer by furnishing information and documents if available as sought by him in concluding the investigation, Misceilaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
