When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader for Women Development & Child Welfare Department that pending writ petition, the 3rd respondent-Project Director, Khammam has appointed the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker by order dated 13.4.2012, and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. In the circumstances in view of proceedings dated 13.4.2012 issued by the 3rd respondent-Project Director, Khammam, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
