ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2. This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.24881 of 2014 in WP No.19855 of 2014, dated 01.12.2014.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to passing of interim order by this Court, respondents constituted DPC, which met and promoted one Dr.Smt. G.Bhagya Rekha, Reader in Zoology, as Principal of the 2nd respondentCollege and that therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this contempt case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
