This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.2, for grant of bail in Crime No.392 of 2018 of Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 read with section 34 of IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (POA) Amendment Act, 2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of the petitioner/A.2 was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 31.12.2018, passed in Crl.P.No.13958 of 2018. The investigation is in progress. There are specific and grave allegations against the petitioner/A.2. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court to consider this bail petition. 4.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
