HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.553 of 2020 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in conducting survey for fixation of boundaries as requested through F-line application dated 07-04-2019 of the petitioner to the subject land mentioned in the writ affidavit.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the lis in the writ petition is covered by common order of this Court passed in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-042016. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of aforesaid order in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-04-2016. If any fee regarding sub-division is required to be paid, the petitioner has to pay the same as per circulars issued by the Government from time to time. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
